With the KMG Loss in Weight (LIW), you gain tighter control over your seasoning application process. This precision allows you to maintain the desired flavour profile of your products, no matter the scale of your production.
The KMG LIW operates in tandem with gravimetric product measurement, utilising load cells to measure the mass of the seasoning inside the applicator. Our system cross-checks this measurement with the recipe and product mass flow measurement to ensure that the correct amount of seasoning has been applied to the product.
KMG LIW system is adaptable and has the ability to make real-time adjustments. It takes into account variations in seasoning bulk density and can make small, precise adjustments to the application rate as needed. This means that even if your seasoning’s properties change, our system ensures a consistent and high-quality product.
